Returns
Standard (Non-Personalized) Products
Standard, non-customized products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Custom/Personalized Products
Due to the personalized nature of our custom engraved items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on customized products except in the following circumstances:
- The product is defective or damaged
- We made an error in production (wrong text, incorrect design, etc.)
- The product significantly differs from what was ordered
Important: Please review your customization details carefully before submitting your order. We engrave exactly as specified in your order notes.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Contact us within 7 days of receipt
- Email us at: contact@getzglobalsolutions.com
- Include your order number and photos showing the defect or damage
- Describe the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, will:
- Replace the item at no charge, OR
- Issue a full refund including original shipping costs
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact us at contact@getzglobalsolutions.com within 14 days of receipt
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back to us with tracking
Do not return items without prior authorization.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item:
- We will inspect it within 3-5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
Refund Amount:
- Product cost will be refunded in full
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective/error items)
- Return shipping costs are not refundable
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product:
- Return the original item for a refund (following return policy)
- Place a new order for the item you prefer
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom engraved products (unless defective or our error)
- Items damaged after delivery
- Items returned without authorization
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your package:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact the shipping carrier
- File a claim with the carrier if applicable
We will work with you to resolve delivery issues, but cannot be held responsible for carrier performance after shipment.
