We offer custom laser-engraved products and handcrafted items. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.

Custom Orders: Custom engraved items are made to order based on your specifications. Once production begins, customized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded except in cases of our error or defect.

  1. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is processed securely through WooPayments/Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if payment information cannot be verified.

  1. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We will notify you if we cannot fulfill your order.

  1. Customization and Specifications

For custom engraved products, you are responsible for providing accurate text, spelling, and design specifications in your order notes.

We will engrave exactly as specified. Please review your customization details carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Turnaround time for custom orders is 3-5 business days before shipping. Shipping time is additional.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  1. Returns and Refunds

Standard Products: Unused, non-customized products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, minus shipping costs. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Custom/Personalized Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom engraved items are not eligible for return or refund unless the product is defective or we made an error in production.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will replace or refund defective items at our discretion.

  1. Intellectual Property

You represent that any text, logos, or designs you provide for engraving do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims related to intellectual property infringement based on your provided content.

All content on our website, including product images, descriptions, and logos, is our property and may not be used without permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Getz Global Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
